The Expert Lead Transformation ensures that multiple complex transformation streams—such as data migration, systems integration, business process migration, operating model change, and vendor transition—are delivered in a controlled, compliant, and value-driven manner. Requirements • HBO/WO working and thinking level, minimum 8-12 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services. • Demonstrable experience in managing and directing complex change IT/Data programs. (Lead time ~12 months or longer). • Able to contribute strategically and provide advice to senior management. • Strong analytical, communication, and conceptual skills. • Focused on collaboration and stakeholder management. • Good skills with PowerPoint and Excel. • Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
