Wanneer u bij ons als leverancier een professional aanbiedt en deze wordt geplaatst, hebben we informatie van u als contractpartij nodig, onder andere met betrekking tot de Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid.
De ‘WKA’ heeft als doel om misbruik te voorkomen bij de afdracht van loonheffingen bij alle schakels in de keten; van leverancier tot opdrachtgever.
Wij dekken deze risico’s voor onze opdrachtgevers af middels een geblokkeerde rekening, de G-rekening.
Dit is een rekening waarop een gedeelte van het factuurbedrag wordt gestort en waarvan u de loonheffingen en BTW kunt betalen aan de Belastingdienst.
Het af te storten % hangt ervan af of u een SNA-certificering (NEN-4400-1 of NEN-4400-2) heeft of niet en of uw bedrijf in Nederland of daarbuiten is gevestigd.

De G-rekening kunt u aanvragen bij de Belastingdienst.
Indien u geen G-rekening kunt krijgen (en u kunt hier bewijs van de Belastingdienst van overleggen) dan heeft u ook de mogelijkheid elk kwartaal een accountantsverklaring (assurance report inzake inlening personeel) aan te leveren.
Hierin zal een gecertificeerd accountant (AA of RA) een verklaring afgeven over de juistheid, volledigheid en tijdigheid van de afdrachten. Let wel, de kosten voor deze verklaring komen voor uw eigen rekening.

Project Background
For a large-scale, business-critical IT transformation project at an international technology organization, we are looking for experienced Oracle Database Administrators to provide operational support during critical cutover and hypercare activities.
The project involves Oracle database environments hosted on Microsoft Azure, requiring continuous operational availability, proactive monitoring, and rapid incident resolution.
During the cutover and hypercare phases, Oracle DBAs will work closely with existing database, cloud infrastructure, and application teams to maintain database stability and support production activities.
The role requires experienced professionals capable of independently diagnosing complex database issues, implementing recovery actions, and participating directly in customer-facing troubleshooting sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Oracle databases during production cutover and hypercare activities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve database incidents affecting availability, performance, and application connectivity.
• Support Oracle Database 12c and 19c environments hosted on Microsoft Azure.
• Perform database health checks, performance analysis, and proactive monitoring.
• Support database startup, shutdown, recovery, and operational validation during cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot Oracle database connectivity, storage, performance, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Execute predefined database maintenance, configuration, and recovery procedures.
• Support backup and recovery activities using Oracle RMAN.
• Monitor and maintain database high availability and disaster recovery configurations, including Oracle Data Guard.
• Investigate and resolve issues involving Oracle ASM, database storage, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with Azure Cloud Engineers, application teams, and infrastructure specialists to resolve cross-platform incidents.
• Participate in live customer incident calls and provide immediate technical analysis and troubleshooting.
• Document incidents, recovery actions, operational changes, and shift handovers.
• Support production stability and service availability in accordance with agreed SLAs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA supporting business-critical production environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Database 12c and 19c.
• Proven experience in database troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
