You & your role:

As Program Manager Data Management BCBS 239, you know the secrets of connecting people, programs, and priorities. You lead the execution of the data management roadmap within the COO domain. In this role, you coordinate initiatives related to BCBS 239, ESG, AI-ready data, and operational efficiency. You create alignment across domains, provide transparency on risks and dependencies, and help stakeholders translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

• You bring together milestones, risks, and dependencies across bank-wide data management initiatives into one coherent approach;
• You identify obstacles at an early stage and orchestrate solutions together with COO, Data & Analytics, and other stakeholders;
• You translate complex ambitions related to BCBS 239, ESG, and AI-ready data into concrete progress and decision-making.
