Currently, we’re looking for a Change Analyst within our Group organization. This is an exciting role that involves shaping digital customer journeys, contributing to the Value Stream/EPT transition and using data, insight and digital channels help to improve customer experience. As we continue our transition towards Value Streams and Empowered Product Teams we would like to bring on board a Change Analyst for a permanent contract.

How you will make a difference
As a Change Analyst Omnichannel in our Empowered Product Team (EPT) environment, you will work in a new way of working based on Value Streams and Agile principles. Together with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Testers and other stakeholders, you will help determine the direction of products and services that best meet customer and market needs, while ensuring they can be delivered effectively and sustainably.
Within Omnichannel, we are responsible for our websites, digital customer journeys and apps, and we are continuously developing additional capabilities such as chat and other digital interaction channels. This means you will work across a broad landscape and collaborate with many teams across the organisation to ensure aligned and seamless customer experiences.
You will operate across the full product lifecycle — from discovery and shaping to delivery, embedding and optimisation — using customer insights, business input, data and analytics to continuously improve customer experience.

To be successful in this role, you will:have:

• experience working in Agile, product-led or EPT environments, translating strategy into iterative delivery through user stories and backlog refinement.
• experience working in a regulated environment, with understanding of compliance, risk and control consideration
• solid experience as a Change Analyst, Business Analyst or Information Analyst within financial services or a related environment
• be analytically strong and able to translate complex business, customer and regulatory needs into clear and actionable requirements
• experience with stakeholder management, backlog refinement and working in an Agile environment
• experience with omnichannel customer journeys and improving customer experiences across websites, apps, chat and other digital touchpoints
• understand how to use data, customer insights and digital customer engagement to support prioritisation and continuous improvement
