Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) fit-out works on a large-scale construction project in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining programme and quality standards across multiple work fronts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and subcontractor activities.
• Coordinate CSA packages including:
  • Drywall / partitioning
  • External wall systems
  • Curtain walling
  • Cladding
  • Internal fit-out works
• Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, RAMS, and project programme.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively.
• Report progress, delays, and resource requirements to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
• Maintain site records and daily reports.

Requirements

Essential

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Construction Supervisor.
• Strong background within CSA construction works.
• Experience supervising subcontractors on-site.
• Knowledge of drywall, cladding, curtain walling, façades, and fit-out packages.
• Strong understanding of health & safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Desirable

• Experience on data centre projects.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
• IPAF and/or MEWP certification.
