Freelance TA Product systems Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Product Systems Senior Specialist to join a global People Technology environment focused on optimizing and enhancing recruitment technology solutions. In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition systems, driving solution design, implementation, configuration coordination, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives across the recruitment technology landscape. Responsibilities

• Act as the functional expert for recruitment technology solutions, with a strong focus on Workday Recruitment, Paradox, and HiredScore.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead solution design discussions and challenge existing approaches to ensure best practice implementation.
• Coordinate configuration and deployment activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and approval of technology requirements.
• Oversee integration considerations with downstream systems.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, IT Security standards, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Collaborate with People Systems, Architecture, Application Management, Integration teams, and HR stakeholders to maximize solution adoption and business value.
• Support roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives across People Technology.
• Mentor junior and mid level specialists on recruitment technology solutions.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience within Recruitment Technology, HR Systems, ATS, CRM or Enterprise HR platforms.
• Strong expertise in Workday Recruitment.
• Experience with Paradox and HiredScore.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering capabilities.
• Knowledge of ATS and CRM ecosystems.
• Experience with cloud based HR technologies such as ServiceNow, SAP, Docebo, MuleSoft, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• Understanding of integrations, system architecture, GDPR, and IT security principles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
