We are looking for a Senior Specialist Technology Solutions with deep expertise in Talent Acquisition technology and Workday Recruitment to join a global People Technology org. In this role, you will be accountable for the full lifecycle of recruitment technology products, from strategy and vendor management through implementation, adoption, optimization and retirement.

You will work closely with Talent Acquisition leaders, HR Centres of Excellence, People Operations, Architecture and IT teams to ensure recruitment technology solutions deliver an exceptional user experience while supporting business objectives, scalability, compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own the end to end lifecycle of Talent Acquisition technology products.
• Act as the product owner and subject matter expert for Workday Recruitment and related TA solutions.
• Partner with functional owners and HR stakeholders to define priorities and technology roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions, leveraging standard functionality wherever possible.
• Drive solution design activities across recruitment technologies and integrations.
• Support vendor evaluations, selection processes and technology innovation initiatives.
• Coordinate configuration activities with technical teams and support testing cycles.
• Manage deployments and ensure successful adoption across global and regional teams.
• Drive release management activities and evaluate new product functionality.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, risk and GDPR requirements.
• Work closely with architects and integration teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture standards.
• Monitor solution performance, adoption and value realization using operational metrics.
• Manage escalations across stakeholders, vendors and technical teams.
• Influence vendor roadmaps and participate in user groups and co innovation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in HR Technology, Talent Acquisition Technology or People Systems.
• Strong Workday Recruitment expertise.
• Experience owning technology products throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and best practices.
• Experience with ATS and HR Cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, APIs, integrations and enterprise architecture concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience working in agile and hybrid project delivery environments.
• Knowledge of information security, compliance and risk management principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions.
• Fluent English communication skills.
