- The scope of the assignment covers providing Level 2 and Service Management Support based on submitted Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests, Tasks, Requests for Information and Internal activities, traceable through the relevant ticketing toolset and/or Azure DevOps ticketing system.
- You respond to, document, categorise and resolve all assigned tickets in accordance with internal processes and procedures.
- You participate in daily reporting and planning activities (daily meetings), as well as in workshops, events and conferences related to the supported services, as requested by the Service Delivery Manager(s).
- You resolve tickets covering a wide range of Level 2 activities, including: installing, maintaining, monitoring and supporting the SIGINT COINS components, and supporting Operations, Missions and NATO exercises.
- You provide timely responses and resolutions to all support tickets (incidents, service requests, changes and internal activities) following internal processes.
- You escalate issues to the Level 3 support team where appropriate and support troubleshooting and debugging of identified issues, including documenting and escalating trouble tickets.
- You offer Subject Matter Expertise for the JSSC applications to the user community and to COIs, supporting Requests for Information.
- You apply patches and install software updates, and coordinate outages in accordance with agreed Approved Service Interruptions, Security Audit Findings and regular software updates.
- You participate in the SIGINT Change Advisory Board (CAB) as needed to support new software releases in the validation and verification process, providing support to Change Requests.
