Omschrijving
- Deploy, configure, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain: manage the suite of digital forensics and XDR tools, ensuring all systems are kept up to date in accordance with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Integrate and enhance: incorporate user feedback and implement improvements to usability and effectiveness, including developing automation scripts or custom configurations to meet operational requirements.
- Support change management: deliver and maintain tools and capabilities from the section through structured change management processes.
- Coordinate and gather information: execute coordination and information-gathering activities within NCSC, NCIA, and with other NATO and external stakeholders in support of the above activities.
