SAP OTC Service Manager

Hi future candidate,

We are currently looking for an SAP OTC Service Manager to join a global international environment, acting as the key link between business and IT to ensure the stability, continuous improvement, and delivery of Order-to-Cash services across multiple countries.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all SAP OTC-related topics, ensuring service quality and business continuity.
• Manage and coordinate incidents, service requests, enhancements, and change initiatives within the OTC landscape.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes.
• Ensure proper governance of OTC services, including prioritization, planning, and delivery follow-up.
• Support SAP transformation initiatives, roll-outs, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor service performance through KPIs and SLAs, driving corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate external vendors and AMS providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Contribute to process standardization and harmonization across different countries and business units.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SAP OTC, SAP SD, SAP Service Management, or related SAP business process roles.
• Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash process, including Order Management, Billing, Customer Master Data, and Accounts Receivable interactions.
• Experience managing stakeholders across business and IT organizations.
• Experience working in international environments and coordinating external partners or support teams.
• Previous involvement in SAP roll-outs, migrations, or transformation programs is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional level of English.
