We are partnering with a global digital platform business seeking a Lead - Digital Performance & Growth to join a high-impact commercial and digital marketing function.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial performance, business insights, digital marketing, and growth strategy. The successful candidate will help shape business decisions by delivering commercial insights, identifying growth opportunities, analysing performance trends, and leading initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will work closely with commercial, product, operations, and data teams to understand performance drivers, optimise initiatives, and influence strategic priorities through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Performance

• Own and deliver reporting on key commercial steering metrics.
• Analyse trends, identify anomalies, and uncover actionable insights.
• Monitor business performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Measure the impact of initiatives and campaigns on commercial outcomes.
• Support the development of a consistent performance narrative across the organisation.

Strategic Business Contribution

• Translate data and insights into business actions and recommendations.
• Identify commercial opportunities and support growth initiatives.
• Help prioritise activities and investments based on impact.
• Support business decision-making through clear performance reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to continuous optimisation of commercial performance.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with teams across Commercial, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Data.
• Influence stakeholders through evidence-based recommendations.
• Build strong relationships across multiple business functions and regions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on commercial performance and growth opportunities.

Project Leadership

• Lead strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
• Develop and refine mechanisms for tracking success and measuring impact.
• Guide analysts and business stakeholders to ensure insights are translated into action.
• Drive best practices in commercial performance management and reporting.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in commercial insights, business analytics, revenue management, growth strategy, commercial excellence, or a related field within a multinational organisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience turning data into actionable business recommendations.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Exposure to digital marketing performance metrics and customer journey analysis.
• Experience working with SQL, Snowflake, or comparable data environments is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and commercial audiences.
