Freelance Sr. AI Product Manager

Project Context

Our client is building the next generation of AI powered delivery capabilities within a strategic business organisation that combines Business Operations, Change Management and Program Management. The goal is to evolve a broad collection of AI use cases into a connected product ecosystem that enables smarter planning, governance, reporting, knowledge management and decision making.

The successful candidate will lead product discovery, product strategy and validation for an enterprise AI solution that connects knowledge, data and workflows across multiple business domains. The focus is on identifying reusable capabilities, defining the right product architecture and enabling agentic and multi agent solutions that create measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for an AI powered enterprise delivery platform
• Lead product discovery across Business Operations, Change Management and Program Management teams
• Identify common challenges, opportunities and reusable capabilities across workflows
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user journeys and prioritised backlogs
• Drive experimentation, validation and product adoption
• Partner with engineering, AI specialists, programme leads and business stakeholders
• Evaluate AI capabilities, limitations, guardrails and human oversight requirements
• Manage complex stakeholder landscapes and align priorities across multiple teams
• Define success metrics, KPIs and experimentation frameworks
• Lead roadmap planning and proactively manage risks and dependencies
• Support the evolution towards agentic and multi agent workflow solutions
• Ensure high quality delivery of insights, recommendations, reports and reusable work products

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive Product Management experience within complex enterprise environments
• Proven experience delivering GenAI products from discovery through adoption
• Strong experience with agentic AI and preferably multi agent systems
• Product platform and product ecosystem mindset
• Experience creating and executing product strategy and roadmaps
• Strong stakeholder management skills up to Director level
• Experience working with cross functional delivery teams
• Strong analytical and experimentation experience
• Knowledge of AI evaluation methodologies, governance and guardrails
• Ability to bridge technical and non technical audiences
• Experience with programme, project or portfolio management workflows
