L&KM Solutions Designer & Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Learning Solutions Designer & Program Manager to support the Academy team in designing, delivering, and continuously improving strategic learning programs across multiple global business sectors.

The role combines end-to-end program management with hands-on learning solution design and development across sectors and regions. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate learning initiatives, including:

• Onboarding Programs
• Graduate Acceleration Program (GAP)
• Negotiation Skills Programs
• Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Programs
• AI Capability Programs
• Other strategic capability-building initiatives across the P&D and R&R sectors

In addition, the role will support the design and development of Learning & Knowledge Management (L&KM) solutions, ensuring that learning offerings align with business priorities and deliver measurable performance impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic learning programs across the global scope of the relevant sectors.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communication, and governance.
• Drive collaboration between business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), regional teams, Academy teams, and external vendors.
• Monitor progress and provide clear status reporting to sponsors and leadership.
• Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of learning programs.

Learning Solution Design

• Conduct learning needs analyses and performance gap assessments.
• Translate business requirements into effective learning and performance support solutions.
• Apply instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE.
• Design learning journeys, curricula, blended learning solutions, performance support materials, and knowledge assets.
• Develop engaging learning content using modern authoring tools and digital learning technologies.
• Ensure alignment with Academy design standards and quality frameworks.

Learning & Knowledge Management

• Support the development of learning roadmaps and capability-building strategies.
• Contribute to the governance and continuous improvement of learning portfolios.
• Advise stakeholders on the most effective learning and performance interventions.
• Help establish scalable and sustainable knowledge-sharing and capability-development solutions.

Professional Experience

• 7-10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Solutions Design, Learning Architecture, Learning Program Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing multiple learning initiatives within complex international organizations.
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale learning and capability-building programs across regions and business units.
• Experience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience within high-tech, manufacturing, supply chain, technology, engineering, or other complex business environments is preferred.

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, particularly ADDIE.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Articulate Storyline
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools)
  • Synthesia solution design
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS/LXP)
  • Microsoft 365
