Als Senior Business Analyst Enterprise Repository werk je aan een strategische, bankbrede repository die processen, applicaties, technologie-assets, controles, risico’s en assessments verbindt.

Je vertaalt visie, zakelijke en regulatorische eisen naar concrete data‑producten en bewaakt data‑structuren, taxonomieën, metadata en relaties.

Je werkt in multidisciplinaire DevOps‑teams met Product Owners, Business Architects, Tech Leads en Data Engineers om schaalbare, veilige en compliance‑bewuste oplossingen te realiseren.

Belangrijke taken zijn impactanalyse, datakwaliteitonderzoek, implementatie van taxonomieën (bijv. IT en Business Process Taxonomy) en waarborging van lineage, eigenaarschap en toegangsregels.

Je draagt bij aan uitrolplannen, stakeholdermanagement, scenario‑modellering en “what‑if” analyses zodat de repository betrouwbaar, herbruikbaar en fit‑for‑purpose wordt.

Vereist profiel

• Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar als Business/Information/Process Analyst in complexe enterprise omgevingen; ervaring met stakeholdermanagement op business en technologische niveaus.
• Vaardigheden: Sterke workshopfacilitatie, vertalen van business requirements naar praktische backlog items, analytisch sterk en probleemoplossend vermogen.
• Talen: Uitstekende communicatie in Engels; Nederlands is een pre voor interne samenwerking (taalvereiste: Engels en Nederlands).
• Methoden & tooling: Ervaring met Agile werken en DevOps‑constructies; kennis van data governance, datakwaliteitmanagement, CMDB/configuration management en ITSM (bijv. ServiceNow, Halo, BMC) is gewenst.
• Technologie en domein: Ervaring met Enterprise Repository‑concepten, taxonomieën en bij voorkeur Azure Data & Analytics platformen; bekend met governance, compliance en auditprocessen.
• Persoonlijkheid: Gestructureerd, verbindend, natuurlijke facilitator die consensus bouwt, schakelt tussen strategisch en operationeel en gefocust is op kwaliteit en continue verbetering.
• Overig: Geen ZZP toegestaan; locatie Utrecht; opdrachtgever Rabobank (Business Analist D ICT).

Eisen

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Information Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience in stakeholder management in business and technology domains.
• Strong workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into practical solutions.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable backlog items.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes and influence decision-making.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Wensen

• Experience with concept of Enterprise Repository or similar.
• Experience with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
