Microsoft 365 Specialist – Workplace & Identity

Drive the evolution of Vanderlande's Microsoft 365 collaboration platform by delivering secure, well-governed, and automated workplace solutions across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Copilot.

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist to strengthen the Workplace & Identity team at Vanderlande. In this role, you will help design, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities that enable employees across the global organization to work securely, efficiently, and consistently.

Your focus will be on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Copilot, governance, adoption, automation, and continuous improvement within an Agile SAFe environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Improve governance, lifecycle management, security, compliance, and access management across the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Work closely with Workplace, Identity, and Security teams to deliver secure and scalable collaboration services.
• Drive user adoption by creating documentation, best practices, and guidance for new Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, external partners, and Microsoft to ensure seamless integration and continuous platform improvements.
• Analyze usage data, incidents, operational insights, and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Evaluate new Microsoft 365 capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot, and advise on their implementation and business value.
• Automate collaboration processes using PowerShell and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Support the Product Owner in defining and delivering epics, features, and backlog items.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the Workplace & Identity team.

We are looking for a professional with:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 governance, access management, lifecycle management, security, and compliance.
• The ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and user-friendly collaboration solutions.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, automation, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of enterprise collaboration governance, information architecture, and SharePoint site lifecycle management.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot adoption and Microsoft 365 roadmap assessments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience creating user documentation, guidance, and adoption materials.
• Experience working in large international enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Jira, Scrum, SAFe, and Agile ways of working.
• A proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
