Ervaren Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) Engineer ter ondersteuning en doorontwikkeling van een 24/7 automatiseringsdienst binnen Foundation4Tech.

Je zorgt voor een veilige, stabiele en schaalbare automatiseringsomgeving die honderden applicatie- en platformteams ondersteunt in een grote on‑premises infrastructuur.

De werkzaamheden omvatten ontwerp, implementatie, lifecycle management (installatie, upgrades, patching, migraties), back-up en herstel en continue verbetering van het platform.

Security en compliance zijn leidend: je automatiseert operationele taken voor Linux en Windows, draagt bij aan beveiligingsstandaarden en gebruikt relevante security tooling.

Je werkt in een internationaal Agile-team (Utrecht en London), participeert in dagelijkse shifts en stand-by diensten en stimuleert standaardisering en self‑service automatisering.

Vereist profiel

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een grote, complexe infrastructuuromgeving; ervaring in de financiële sector is een pré.
• Aanpak- en automatiseringsmentaliteit met uitgebreide ervaring in Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), bij voorkeur versie 2.6 of hoger.
• Diepgaande kennis van Linux en Windows besturingssystemen en van security- en compliance-eisen voor deze platformen.
• Ervaring met security tooling zoals CyberArk en Qualys is gewenst.
• Bekendheid met Infrastructure as Code principes en het bouwen van herbruikbare Ansible playbooks, roles en collections.
• Ervaring met Azure DevOps, Git-repositories en het opzetten/configureren van CI/CD-pipelines.
• Kennis van containerbeheer, bij voorkeur ervaring met OpenShift of vergelijkbare platformen.
• Basiskennis van Identity & Access Management met Microsoft Active Directory en Azure Active Directory.
• Ervaring met IT-operations processen (incident, change, problem) en affiniteit met ITIL; werken volgens Scrum/Agile is vereist.
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden, resultaatgerichtheid, klantfocus, uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden en hoge beheersing van Engels.

• At least five years of experience in a comparable large-scale and complex infrastructure environment, ideally within financial services.
• Extensive experience with Ansible Automation Platform (preferably version 2.6 or higher).
• A strong automation mindset and the drive to automate repetitive work wherever practical.

• A thorough understanding of Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for Linux or Windows platforms.
• Experience with security tooling, preferably CyberArk and Qualys.
