Position: Project Manager Transaction Monitoring
Working hours: 36 hours per week

What you will do

• Lead strategic change projects and oversee the full project lifecycle within Transaction Monitoring.
• Create structure and overview, support key stakeholders and coordinate delivery across Business and Technology.
• Deliver clear reporting on results, progress, quality and compliance for Transaction Monitoring initiatives.
• Connect Business and Technology teams to translate operational challenges into practical, implementable solutions.
• Improve reporting and progress updates to provide management with timely insight into project results and risks.

Top responsibilities

• Coordinate change initiatives across the full lifecycle and connect stakeholders across Business and Technology.
• Provide independent insights, solve complex challenges and deliver transparent management reports on progress, results and risks.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office and other project managers to provide reliable status reports to senior management.

Who you are

• Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 5–10 years relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in Business Change with sufficient technical knowledge to connect Business and Technology.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex projects and programmes within a matrix organisation.
• Knowledge of Transaction Monitoring and Risk Management, and familiarity with Project Management Office practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, including experience presenting to senior management.
• Independent judgement, strong decision-making skills, and a proactive, flexible, quality-focused approach.

• We are looking for 1 FTE
• Language: English mandatory
• Hours per week
• Contract duration of 1 year with 1 position available
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, or a
  master’s degree with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, including at
  senior management level
• Candidate should be submitted exclusively to Magnit – Rabobank during the
  exclusivity period of 4 business days on one request
• The candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the
  assignment
• All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID
  card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the
  assignment
• If the candidate is selected to start, a pre-employment screening will be
  executed
