Omschrijving

As a Product Manager in Marketing Fraud, you will own and progress an existing product backlog within the Marketing Fraud track. You will work with the team to clarify problems, maintain priorities, shape requirements, manage dependencies, and drive initiatives through delivery, measurement, and iteration. You will use fraud data, operational insights, customer and partner impact, and business priorities to make pragmatic trade-offs and keep the backlog focused on the highest-value work.

You will report to the Capability Area Lead and work closely with a Senior Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Analytics Manager, Machine Learning Scientists and engineers. You will help ensure that existing fraud controls and services remain effective, scalable, and fit for purpose, while identifying opportunities to improve prevention, detection, recovery, customer experience, partner impact, and operational efficiency. You will also support Marketing, Marketplace Loyalty, Partnerships, Local Partner Services, and other stakeholders in assessing and managing fraud risks in their initiatives.

The role contributes to Marketing Fraud’s 2026 job to be done: make reservation exploitation unviable by preventing, detecting, and remediating fraudulent bookings across all channels. This means protecting partners and Booking.com from financial loss, blocked inventory and availability, operational drag, reputational damage, and loss of partner trust, while minimizing friction for genuine travelers and partners.
