HR Reporting and Analytics Expert

Role overview

You combine multiple data sources using Excel Power Query, SuccessFactors and other HR systems to deliver insights. You handle business assignments, initiate projects based on your HR knowledge, manage HR data requests, maintain the HR master dataset across HR applications, define data and reporting standards, develop reports and resolve data issues. You provide structural analyses, trend reports and support management with actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Combine multiple HR data sources to produce analyses and reports.
• Maintain the HR master dataset in HR applications.
• Define data and reporting standards.
• Develop reports, dashboards and ETL processes.
• Identify and implement improvements in HR reporting.
• Manage HR data requests and prioritise multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with line managers across operating countries and discuss solutions with the team.

Prerequisites

• Languages: Excellent command of English (mandatory); Dutch preferred.
• Mandatory technical skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, DAX, Power Query and VBA.
• Preferred technical skills: Hands-on Python (pandas) and basic Power Automate.
• Ability to work from the office in Zwaagdijk-Oost at least two days per week.

Experience & other requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Proven experience in HR data analysis, reporting, ETL, dashboard development and working with large datasets.
• Experience with HR systems and cloud solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Eisen

• Excellent command of English (mandatory)
• Dutch language skills are preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and
  VBA (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Python, particularly the pandas library
  (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Power Automate is preferred
• Ability to work from the office in Zwaagdijk-Oost at least two days per
  week
• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience, preferably in an
