- Implement and maintain ICT end systems within a large organization.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize both hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end-users.
- Manage and administer Windows-based environments (servers and clients) across distributed networks.
- Oversee and maintain network infrastructure.
- Administer and support enterprise IT services such as DNS, Active Directory, and related critical services.
- Operate, configure, and maintain collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business).
- Automate deployments, administrative tasks, and operational procedures using scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
- Conduct regular IT infrastructure maintenance and problem resolution.
- Support virtualization environments (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
- Apply knowledge of databases, management, and metadata standards to ensure system interoperability.
