Agency Process Framework, Process Development Manager

Duties

• Provides support to Quality and Risk Management Branch and Chief Quality Office by supporting the establishment of the NCIA Process Framework across NCIA.
• Provides support to Quality and Risk Management Branch and Chief Quality Office by coordinating process review and optimization session across NCIA.
• Provides support to Quality and Risk Management Branch and Chief Quality Office by creating and maintaining dashboard for process performance management.
• The Process Development Manager identifies and plans systematic corrective action to reduce errors and improve the quality of the systems and services.
• The Process Development Manager evaluates, appraises and identifies non-compliances with organisational standards and determines the underlying reasons for non-compliance.
• The Process Development Manager leads complex root cause analysis and process optimizations.
• The Process Development Manager defines and conducts quality review activities and process audits.
• The Process Development Manager creates, maintains and manages Microsoft Office Templates.
• The Process Development Manager performs content management for SharePoint sites under control of CQO.
• The Process Development Manager measures and reports on Agency quality metrics and KPIs.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Required duties include leading complex root cause analysis and process optimizations.
• Required duties include defining and conducting quality review activities and process audits.

• Required duties include measuring and reporting on Agency quality metrics and KPIs.

• Required: Process designing and optimization.
• Required: Process measuring and monitoring (definition of critical success factors, key performance indicators, etc.).
• Required: Knowledge of ISO 9000 family and its application in the organization.
• Required: Conduct quality review activities and process audits.
• Required: Proven experience with modern quality and risk management tools and techniques.
• Required: MS Visio.
• Required: MS Word: template management, document reformatting, macro knowledge, styles management.
• Required: MS Excel: pivot tables, graphics, data management.
• Required: MS PowerPoint: template management.
• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret.

Wensen

• Gewenst: Gevorderde kennis van en ervaring met workflowautomatiseringstools zoals SharePoint Designer.
• Gewenst: Het aanpassen van SharePoint-sites, pagina's, lay-outs en formulieren, inclusief formulierontwerptools van derden (bijv. InfoPath).
• Gewenst: Kennis van programmeertalen (bijv. Python, React, enz.).
• Gewenst: SharePoint 'Design Privilege' om lijsten aan te maken, bibliotheken in te stellen, attributen te definiëren en te onderhouden, sitepagina's te beheren, contentbeheer uit te voeren, enz.
• Gewenst: Beheer en aanpassing van Microsoft SharePoint 2013 en 2019.
