The role focuses on developing reports, dashboards and data solutions to support senior decision-making, while maintaining data quality, accessibility and security.

Main duties

Gather business needs and translate user requirements into report specifications.
Design, build and test SQL reports and dashboards using SSRS, Power BI and Excel.
Validate reports with users, troubleshoot issues and improve existing reporting.
Develop and maintain ETL processes, data models and data warehouses.
Collect, integrate and analyse data from multiple sources, including sensor, measurement and ITSM/ticketing systems.
Maintain data structures, definitions and handling procedures to ensure integrity, retrievability and security.
Identify patterns, explain findings and prepare reports for senior management.
Contribute to data architecture and advise developers and database designers.

Mandatory requirements

At least 3 years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS and SSAS.
Experience in data warehouse design and ETL processes.
Working experience with SharePoint; administration experience is desirable.
Demonstrated programming competence in languages such as C#, Python or R.
Dashboard development experience using Power BI or similar tools.
Experience with BMC ITSM/ITSM data and BMC Remedy Smart Reporting.
ITIL v3 or higher certification.
NATO Secret security clearance.
