Interim IT Operations Manager

International organisation driving digital standardisation in global logistics.
Profiel van de opdracht:
You lead the internal IT support function and coach the Support Engineer. You oversee daily IT operations (infrastructure, applications, service desk and network) and ITSM processes, monitor performance and risks, and lead continuity, disaster recovery and backup. You manage IT vendors, contracts and SLAs, own the IT operations budget, ensure cybersecurity and GDPR/ISO 27001 compliance with the CISO, and drive innovation through AI and automation.
Profiel van de manager:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; a Master’s in IT Management or Business Administration is a plus
At least 7 years of experience in IT operations or systems administration
Proven experience with IT budgeting and vendor contract management
Expert knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure, tools and operations
Hands-on experience running an IT operations function in a similar-sized organisation, including end-user compute, asset management and support
