• Works within boundaries of organizational strategy, specific policies and strategies and general agreements. Has large autonomy in adjusting objectives, policies and plans independently. Able to take significant responsibility and demonstrate skill in the management of change.
• Leadership role requiring strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Provides Subject Matter Expert (SME) input within field.
• Frequent exposure to / interaction with very senior levels of business leadership (typically up to and including EC-1 and EC-2).
• Works independently under minimal managerial supervision reporting to senior management.
