Profiel van de opdracht:
To develop and lead our conversion rate optimisation strategy across the website. You will set the foundation for a longterm CRO strategy, turn data into clear insights and lead the conversation on CRO within a bigger performance marketing team. You will work closely alongside our Performance Marketing Lead to drive measurable growth in conversion across all categories.
Profiel van de manager:
Proven experience (5+ years) in CRO, preferably within a large e-commerce or retail environment
Strong command of analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics)
Experience with App traffic and performance analysis
Solid understanding of UX principles, user research and customer journey analysis
Ability to lead the conversation on CRO and inspire a team of specialists
Great communication and stakeholder management skills
Opmerkingen:
Structured, data-driven and pragmatic, with a focus on delivering results
Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
