Maintenance Manager and Planner

We are currently looking for a freelance Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Planner to join a client of mine based in the Flevoland region of the Netherlands, who are a manufacturer of pre-fabricated equipment utilized in the High-Tech industries, including Data Centers and Pharmaceutical production.

Both roles would be for an initial 6 month contract, for 32-40 hours per/week, depending on your preference, based on-site in the Flevoland region of the Netherlands.

Maintenance Manager

• Experience bringing structure to maintenance department and involvement of creating long-term maintenance plans
• Able to manage the departments budget, prioritizing investments based on analysis, and then executing the works
• Oversee how/when/why the department of 14 are working to priorities maintenance work and increase efficiency
• English Speaking

Maintenance Planner

• Experience planning maintenance work
• Experience working with Ultimo or similar maintenance software
• Able to create plans, follow up on execution, to reduce downtime for the team
• Manage emergency response planning, co-ordinating maintenance eng/mechanics and PLC experts
• English Speaking.
