Job summary
Commercial Growth and Operations (CoGo) relies on high-quality, well-structured knowledge to enable teams to support Booking.com’s accommodation partners effectively and consistently. As a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist, you will help turn knowledge management priorities into practical improvements in content quality, governance, usability, adoption, and scalable knowledge practices.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who is confident working across stakeholders, improving knowledge processes, and delivering measurable outcomes in a complex environment. You will lead defined workstreams and improvements within the broader knowledge management strategy and help teams apply stronger knowledge practices in day-to-day work.
The role is suited to a strong practitioner who combines hands-on delivery with good judgment, stakeholder partnership, and a solid understanding of how knowledge should be structured, maintained, and made easier to use in modern search and AI-supported knowledge environments.
About the team
You will be part of the Knowledge Management function supporting CoGo, the area of Booking.com that supports accommodation partners and the teams that serve them. The team works across central and local contexts to improve how knowledge is created, maintained, accessed, and applied.
You will partner with content owners, subject matter experts, local business teams, and central functions to improve the quality and usability of knowledge in areas that matter to the business.
What you will do
Lead defined knowledge management workstreams and improvements that support the broader Knowledge management strategy.
Partner with stakeholders across central and local teams to improve how knowledge is identified, captured, maintained, shared, and accessed.
Build and strengthen content standards, workflows, governance practices, and quality controls within your area of responsibility.
Advise stakeholders on how to structure and present knowledge so it is concise, relevant, accessible, useful for the intended audience, and better suited to modern search and AI-supported use cases.
Help improve the use of knowledge management tools and platforms to support better search, maintenance, delivery, and usability of information.
Define and track relevant measures for your work, use insights to identify improvement opportunities, and communicate progress clearly.
Support adoption of new knowledge practices, tools, or processes so they are understood and embedded effectively.
Contribute to stronger knowledge-sharing habits and collaborative ways of working across teams.

What you will bring
Experience in knowledge management, information management, content governance, enablement, or a closely related field.
Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups in a matrixed, fast-moving, or global environment.
Ability to translate business and user needs into practical knowledge improvements, standards, or solutions.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
