We want to ingest documents more intelligently. To do this, we need someone who is a project manager and a business analyst. Activities are: Collecting the needs from 20 IT teams, get to know what type of documents they process Make smart buckets of work – what documents have the highest priority Stakeholder managementCollect requirements and translate these to the IT teams With the following results (SMART) An operationals Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) software.
