Name project;
Development of AI agent controls for PCS
Provide specialized consultancy support to the Expert Team for the development, review, and implementation of AI Agent controls within the PCS framework. The consultant will provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and knowledge transfer to support the team in defining required controls, conducting impact assessments, and addressing related tooling and governance requirements.
Main Deliverables
• Review and refinement of existing AI Agent control drafts for PCS – July/August 2026
• Development of additional AI Agent control requirements and recommendations – August/September
• Support for impact assessments related to AI Agent implementation – September/October
• Guidance on tooling requirements and implementation considerations – September/October
• Expert review sessions and advisory support for the PCS Expert Team – October/November
• Documentation of control requirements, recommendations, and implementation guidance – October/November
• Knowledge transfer to internal PCS stakeholders to build sustainable expertise within the team – November/December 2026
Specific assignment deliverables/result description for IC;
The Independent Consultant (IC) will provide expert advisory and implementation support for the development and enhancement of AI Agent controls within the PCS framework. The IC will review and refine existing control drafts, define additional control requirements, support impact assessments, provide recommendations for related tooling and governance processes, and facilitate knowledge transfer to the Expert Team.
Expected deliverables/results:
• Assessment and review of existing AI Agent control documentation.
• Delivery of recommendations and improvements to the PCS control framework.
• Support in drafting, validating, and documenting AI Agent controls.
• Contribution to impact assessments and risk evaluations related to AI Agent adoption.
• Advisory support on tooling, governance, and implementation considerations.
• Workshops, guidance sessions, and ongoing expert consultation for the Expert Team.
• Final documentation containing agreed control requirements, recommendations, and implementation guidance.
• Successful transfer of knowledge enabling the internal team to maintain and further develop the controls independently.
Specifically required knowledge and skills for the assignment;

Expert knowledge of AI governance, AI risk management, control framework design, IT security and compliance, impact assessments, and enterprise governance processes.
Demonstrated experience in developing and reviewing AI-related controls, providing expert advisory services, facilitating knowledge transfer, and supporting implementation of governance and risk management requirements in large enterprise environments.
