Solution Support Engineer

• Provide technical support for software solutions, including troubleshooting applications, hardware, integrations, and system performance.
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical specifications, requirements, and network design in line with organisational and security standards.
• Plan and monitor development work, coordinate resources, and support engineering changes.
• Maintain applications, collect performance data, and document release and deployment activities.
• Provide 24/7 immediate on-call Level 2 support for NATO AirC2 services, responding to and resolving tickets against defined KPIs. Work on-site with the service team when not on call.

Eisen

• Relevant higher vocational training and 3 years of related experience, or a secondary educational qualification and 5 years of related experience.
• Experience diagnosing software, hardware, and integration issues, including debugging, log analysis, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with a cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, plus knowledge of APIs and basic integrations.
• Ability to coordinate support work and communicate issue progress across teams.
• Customer-facing technical support, customer service, or help desk experience.
• ITIL Foundation or advanced certification.
• NATO Secret security clearance.

Wensen

• Desirable experience: NATO AirC2 services; software design, development, testing, and Agile methods; on-site installation in military environments; or NATO/FAS support and software lifecycle processes.
