Senior Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in physical security systems, particularly Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS) such as Lenel OnGuard and Nedap AEOS. The primary focus of this role is to lead and manage the full lifecycle of physical security projects, from initiation, design, and planning through to execution, monitoring, and closure.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Dutch and English and possess a proven track record of successfully delivering complex physical security projects. A significant advantage is your extensive experience with Nedap AEOS, which has equipped you with a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of its software and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead, plan, design, execute, and deliver physical security projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  
  

• Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing Jira Software, encompassing scope definition, objectives, key deliverables, project timelines, resource allocation, and meticulous budget management.

  
  

• Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular project updates and reports to senior management and other relevant parties.

  
  

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors/suppliers for the flawless execution of projects.

  
  

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

  
  

• This role requires global travel to project locations. Additionally, you will be expected to visit our international offices at least once during the project lifecycle.

  
  

• Focus specifically on projects involving the design, implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Electronic Access Control systems, primarily Lenel OnGuard and Nedap AEOS.

  
  

• Additional responsibilities during these projects include, but are not limited to, video surveillance systems, intruder detection, intercom, and other physical security technologies as required.

  
  

• Act as a subject-matter expert for physical security systems, particularly Lenel OnGuard and Nedap AEOS, offering support and knowledge sharing.

  
  

• Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment within the team.

  
  

• Assist in evaluating the progress and development of new team members.

  
  

• To effectively support the business and projects, a continuous awareness of the latest equipment and standards in the physical security market is a key responsibility of this role.
