Profiel van de opdracht:
Provide interim leadership and ensure continuity and stability in the Finance function
Lead and coach a team of 12–13 professionals across Accounting, Reporting, Control and Oversight
Oversee financial management, reporting and control processes for accuracy, compliance and efficiency
Own the timely delivery of the annual accounts and related reporting obligations
Guide the team through the transition from the current to the future operating model
Develop and implement a finance strategy

Profiel van de manager:
A Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, with a relevant qualification (RA, RC, CPA or CMA)
At least 9–10 years of experience in financial services, including 4–5 years in a managerial or interim leadership role
A proven track record as an independent interim professional, preferably in the Dutch financial sector
Experience leading finance teams through organisational change and transformation
Up-to-date knowledge of Dutch and international financial regulation.

Drive budgeting and support business cases for new products and initiatives
Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness, and proactively identify and mitigate risks
Advise and challenge senior management on financial matters as a trusted business partner
Lead change and innovation, using technology, BI tools and data infrastructure to improve finance processes and insights
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial goals and governance.
