Description:

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to support the execution of a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives within a fast-paced commercial operations environment.

The role focuses on translating strategic priorities into tangible business outcomes, driving structured delivery, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new ways of working across the organisation.

This is a hands-on digital delivery role, operating at the intersection of business, technology, and transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transformation Delivery

• Execute a portfolio of prioritised digital transformation initiatives
• Translate strategic objectives into structured deliverables and measurable outcomes
• Track delivery progress, risks, and dependencies

2. Project / Product Leadership

• Act as business-facing product owner for key initiatives
• Define scope, prioritise backlog, and guide delivery teams
• Support end-to-end delivery (design, build, testing, implementation)

3. Stakeholder Management

• Act as an interface between regional business teams and delivery stakeholders
• Align on priorities, scope, and sequencing of initiatives
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve delivery challenges

4. Business–Technology Collaboration

• Enable strong collaboration between business and technology teams
• Ensure initiatives are driven by business needs and value outcomes

5. Continuous Improvement & Simplification

• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and operational complexity
• Drive improvements in efficiency, scalability, and productivity

6. Change & Adoption

• Support implementation and embedding of new processes and solutions
• Engage stakeholders to ensure adoption and sustained outcomes

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in Digital transformation delivery, project management and operational improvement
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology domains
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments in Trading or Supply chain
• Experience in Agile and Structured Project delivery methodologies
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive outcomes independently
• Advantage with experience of Kinaxis (Meastro), REACT, Azure

For this role we expect an office attendance in Rotterdam with a minimum of 3 days.
