For Rabobank Utrecht, we are looking for a PMO Officer FEC.
Important:
We are looking for 1 FTE. We will close the vacancy before the indicated deadline when we have received enough professionals. Suppliers can offer just one candidate for this position. PMO Officer:
Contribute 36 hours per week to a well-controlled change agenda that helps Rabobank prevent sanctions risks and protect customers, the bank, and society.
You & Your Role:
As a PMO Officer, you understand the essentials of a well-organized change portfolio. You support the Portfolio Management team within FEC Global Sanctions and Anti-Bribery & Corruption with planning, reporting, and quality assurance activities.
Until the end of the year, you will work closely with an experienced colleague to ensure a smooth and thorough handover. After that, you will independently take ownership of the role.
Examples from Practice:
You help further develop resource and capacity planning. You carefully prepare quarter transitions and quarterly reviews. You monitor the progress and quality of work in Azure DevOps.
Facts & Figures:
36 hours per week, spread across 4.5 working days. You work at least 2 to 3 days per week from the Utrecht office, with Tuesday as a fixed office day. More than 48,000 Rabobank colleagues worldwide.
Top 3 Responsibilities:
Support the Portfolio Management team and the Anti-Bribery & Corruption team in delivering agreed results accurately and on time. Prepare management meetings, quarterly reviews, and quarter transitions, ensuring that all required information is complete and up to date. Monitor progress, working agreements, and quality standards in Azure DevOps, while helping to continuously improve ways of working.
You will operate in a complex and dynamic field where societal developments can have a direct impact on the organization. Through your ability to maintain oversight, take initiative, and work with precision, you help ensure that the change portfolio remains stable, effective, and future-proof.
