Omschrijving
ASML is looking for a Business & IT Continuity Expert in Veldhoven to translate business recovery needs into practical recovery plans for IT, data, infrastructure and suppliers.
De positie
ASML is looking for a Business & IT Continuity Expert to help advance its business and IT continuity programme. You will connect business recovery requirements to the applications, data, infrastructure, suppliers and IT services needed to restore critical activities.
You will take ownership of planning and delivering continuity activities through the end of 2027. This includes identifying the conditions and resources required, as well as assessing the impact on other programmes. You will coordinate workshops, work with stakeholders and report clearly on progress, risks, readiness, evidence, decisions and follow-up actions.
A key part of your role will be improving and completing runbooks. You will help finalise the remaining sector business runbooks, where applicable, and drive the closure of critical open actions. You will also review the design basis, content and lifecycle model of the Business Continuity Master Runbook (BCMR). You will define and collect runbooks, business applications and business-critical datasets, coordinate their loading into SIRE and support their ongoing lifecycle management.
You will also develop or review recovery scenarios and test scripts, coordinate hands-on recovery exercises, validate outcomes and follow up on lessons learned. In addition, you will contribute to ransomware projects and the creation of IT runbooks.
You take a pragmatic, evidence-driven approach. You challenge assumptions and clearly identify when the available evidence is not sufficient to demonstrate recovery readiness.
