UX Writing Specialist

Job summary

UX Writing Specialists contribute to Booking.com’s unified voice that people recognize and trust. They write for and adapt their approach to a diversity of audiences, platforms and channels utilizing our Design Language, voice and tone guidelines and brand standards. Under the guidance of more senior peers, they deliver messaging for content ranging from new product development to feature optimizations or marketing campaigns. Their work may touch any stage of the end-to-end journey of their words - from the creation of copy to its translation and performance, including all of the relevant processes in between. They work as part of the product development process, together with various roles including other writers, engineers, designers, product managers, marketers, data scientists and researchers. This is necessary in order to achieve and exceed our high and continuously developing UX standards and best practices.
