At TenneT, we are building the electricity grid of tomorrow. As an HR Advisor, you play a crucial role in enabling a future-proof energy supply. Through your HR expertise, you directly contribute to the success of the Offshore business by supporting managers and employees, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and helping deliver the talent and capabilities needed for the energy transition.

About TenneT, the Unit, Department and Team
TenneT is a leading European transmission system operator and plays a key role in the energy transition. With more than 23,500 kilometers of high-voltage connections and nearly 5,000 employees, we ensure a safe and reliable electricity supply in the Netherlands and large parts of Germany.

You will be joining the Human Resources (HR) unit, which is responsible for supporting TenneT's strategic objectives by attracting, developing, and retaining talent. HR enables the organization to successfully navigate growth, transformation, and the challenges associated with the energy transition.

Within the HR unit, you will work for the HR Offshore Division, supporting one of TenneT's fastest-growing business areas. The Offshore division is responsible for the development, realization, and operation of critical offshore grid infrastructure that connects offshore wind farms to the electricity network.

As an HR Advisor, you will become part of the HR Offshore Division Team, a multidisciplinary team consisting of HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Absence Management, and Global Mobility specialists. Together, the team supports organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and sustainable employability. The team's activities directly contribute to TenneT's strategic ambitions and the acceleration of the energy transition.
