HR Operations Administrator
We are looking for reinforcement for our HR Operations team in Rotterdam! In this role, you will support the HR department with a broad range of operational and administrative HR activities. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth HR processes and providing employees and stakeholders with timely and professional support.

Your responsibilities

• Provide operational HR support to employees and managers;
• Support onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes;
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems;
• Prepare HR-related documents, contracts and correspondence;
• Support payroll and benefits administration processes;
• Handle HR-related questions from employees and internal stakeholders;
• Ensure HR administration is accurate, up to date and compliant with company policies;
• Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives;
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders when needed.

Your profile

• MBO+/HBO level, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration;
• 1-4 years of experience within HR Operations, HR Administration or a similar HR support role;
• Experience working in an international and dynamic environment is considered a plus;
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail;
• Proactive mindset and able to work independently;
• Familiar with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications;
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written;
• Dutch language skills are considered a plus.
