Senior Mendix Developer (L2/L3 Certified)

We are looking for a Lead Mendix Engineer who would like to work in a challenging and international environment. You will be a part of the IAM 4 Employees Area of Tribe IAM (Identity & Access Management) at Rabobank. The area contributes to delivering IAM services to all Rabobank employees.

You have a general interest in functional requirements and specifications, and in finding technical solutions by applying your knowledge of Mendix. You have a strong, proactive and communicative attitude at multiple levels. You are an experienced Lead Mendix Developer who will be working in the user interface squad. This squad is responsible for creating a Mendix front-end for existing and new IAM processes for employees.

In addition to realizing requirements, you will contribute to resolving non-functional requirements such as security and compliance. As part of a multidisciplinary DevOps team, you will also be involved in handling production incidents.

As a Senior Mendix Business Engineer, you are:

• Mendix Certified L2 Advanced or L3 Expert Developer
• Experienced in Mendix development for at least five years
• Experienced in creating solution designs
• Experienced in modelling and documenting solutions
• Experienced in building API integrations
• Experienced in coaching junior and medior developers
• Experienced in setting and enforcing high coding standards
• Experienced with software lifecycle management and vulnerability management
• Experienced in working according to Agile/Scrum principles
• Able to provide improvements to the way the squad works
• Able to find the right information in a complex organisation
• Able to help resolve impediments within the squads
• Proactive in understanding and challenging proposed requirements, while providing your own solutions
• Able to help users and involve team members in handling production incidents
• Able to work with the Product Owner and other squad members on the squad roadmap
• Willing to support the team by performing other tasks from a T-shaped perspective
• Able to cooperate with other Mendix teams within the organisation
• Knowledge of and experience with other programming languages is highly appreciated
• Knowledge of and experience with test automation is highly appreciated
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Entra is highly appreciated
