As a Business Analyst in the Workday Connections area, you play a critical role in shaping and improving the integrations surrounding our global Workday landscape. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners and development teams to analyse requirements, design integration solutions and ensure reliable data exchange between Workday and our downstream and upstream systems. Your contribution helps create seamless employee journeys, high-quality HR data and a future-ready HR ecosystem. As a Business Analyst, you make a difference The Workday Connections squads are responsible for the integrations of our global Human Capital Management platform Workday. These integrations connect Workday with payroll providers, recruitment systems, identity management solutions, finance platforms and other strategic applications. As a Business Analyst, you will: Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements for new and existing Workday integrations. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, third-party vendors and development teams. Translate business processes and epics into clear features, user stories and integration requirements. Design end-to-end integration solutions together with architects and engineers. Support the realization, enhancement and maintenance of Workday integrations. Support Product Owners in roadmap planning and business case development. Drive continuous improvements in ways of working, processes and integration quality. Contribute to Agile, Scrum and DevOps practices within the squad. You and Your Talent You are an experienced Business Analyst who combines strong stakeholder management skills with a solid understanding of system integrations and data flows. You are comfortable discussing business processes with stakeholders while also diving into APIs, integration patterns and technical design discussions with engineers. You bring curiosity, ownership and analytical thinking and are able to turn complex challenges into practical and scalable solutions. Must-Have Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a Workday environment focused on integrations. Proven experience analysing and documenting integration requirements. Experience working with Workday integrations, data exchange and system connectivity. Understanding of APIs, web services and integration concepts. Basic understanding of Workday Studio / Orchestrate, or similar Workday integration technologies,such as Workday PECI, Workday Connectors or Workday Extend is a strong advantage. Ability to work closely with development teams to design and realise integrations.
