Introduction 36 hours per week Start: ASAP End: 31-01-2027 ZZP is not allowed Hybrid working: Monday and Wednesday at the office. Dutch is a strong plus. Availability: flexibility is required outside the typical 9-5 working hours as we’re working with different regions, e.g. Australia, the US, etcetera. Candidates have to live in the Netherlands. Function Within the solution space Accelerating Profitable Transitions (APT), we are looking for a hands-on professional who supports the exploration, validation, and preparation of potential new products/services. This role sits in the early experiment and validation phase and plays a key part in bridging business, technology, and risk-related stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: – Support the research, analysis, and validation of new opportunities within APT domain. – Explore and assess solution options, including process impact, risks, and dependencies. – Development financial business cases. – Set up and structure documentation for Risk, Privacy, Security, and Compliance, aligned with the experiment and validation phase. – Translate insights into clear requirements, process flows, scenarios, and complete innovation funnel entry materials. – Ensure a clear, structured handover to the team responsible for implementation and realization. Requirements The ideal candidate: – Has a master education in preferably business administration, economics or related field. – Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or new business development. – Is strong in analysis, discovery, and concept validation. – Strong advisory capabilities (e.g. structured communications both internally and B2B, ability to weigh stakeholder interests in messaging). – Has experience in financial risk mitigation, as well as in requirements definition, process design, and producing high-quality handover documentation. – Is communicative, precise, and collaborative, with proven experience working closely with Risk, Compliance, Security, and Architecture stakeholders. – Is comfortable working in an international context and aligning across time zones. – Fluent in English.
