Duties

• Receive, process, store and ship IT assets/equipment.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records in the central asset database.
• Issue IT equipment to local users within agreed SLAs.
• Support and coordinate annual inventory activities with CIS Points of Contact (CISPOCs) and the ICT Logistics team.
• Investigate and process equipment discrepancies, including dismantling, documenting and reporting hardware according to NCI Agency procedures.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure the correct IT/CIS equipment is requested for users.
• Work closely with the Senior Principal Assistant and Head ICT Service Centre.
• Plan and schedule own workload and monitor progress.
• Perform other related ICT logistics duties when required.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant experience in IT Asset Management, including incoming and outgoing assets.
• Experience using Asset Management tools/databases to record and process assets.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems to monitor and process service requests.
• Experience with Inventory/Asset Management methods within an Enterprise Business Application or similar system.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Valid NATO SECRET clearance for the full assignment.
• Education/experience meeting either:
  • Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline 2 years relevant experience, or
  • Secondary education 4 years relevant experience.
• Able to work fully on-site in The Hague.
• Willing/able to work in an operational logistics environment including the storage area, office and loading bay, handling incoming/outgoing equipment and pallets.
• Must sign an NCIA Non-Disclosure Agreement before starting.

Desirable Experience

• Previous NATO / NCI Agency experience.
• Experience working in an international military and civilian environment.
• Knowledge of NATO Logistics Regulations.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware/CIS equipment.
• Experience with Asset Management toolsets.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
