Senior Business Developer/Business Analyst

Introduction 36 hours per week Start: 31 August 2026 Duration: 01 March 2027 Extension is possible Hybrid way of work ZZP is allowed Relocation is not possible Function Assignment context Digital Channels Enabling is responsible for the identification and authentication capabilities within our digital channels (App and Web). These capabilities are among the most frequently used customer journeys and include functionalities such as login, authentication, and digital signing. The team focuses on delivering a seamless, secure, and customer-friendly experience while enabling the organization to meet business, security, and regulatory requirements. We are looking for a senior Business Developer who can independently navigate a complex stakeholder landscape and take ownership of delivering high-quality requirements that enable successful implementation. The app focused candidate needs to have experience in Google analytics and tagging. Description of activities – Analyze and translate business needs into clear requirements for the development team. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX designers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to refine prioritized backlog items. – Perform in-depth analysis of customer journeys, processes, risks, and dependencies. – Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation to enable successful implementation. – Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including CISO and other enabling teams, to ensure end-to-end delivery of solutions. – Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities for improvement, and proactively drive decision-making. – Support agile ceremonies and contribute to a high-performing team environment. – Ensure proper administration and maintenance of work items, requirements, and decision-making. Requirements Desired education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Information Management, Information Technology, Digital Innovation, or a related field. – 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Business Analysis, Product Development, or a comparable role within a digital environment. – Relevant certifications in Agile/Scrum, Business Analysis, or Product Development are considered a plus. Relevant knowledge – Digital channels and customer journeys – Identification, authentication, authorization, and digital signing concepts (a plus). – Agile/Scrum and product development practices. – Requirements engineering and business analysis methodologies. – Customer experience and digital product development. – Security, risk, compliance, and privacy considerations in digital environments. – Stakeholder management in a complex organizational landscape. – Experience working in multidisciplinary teams within large organizations Relevant skills – Business analysis and requirements. – Translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. – Managing and influencing stakeholders at different organizational levels. – Strong written and verbal communication skills. – Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
