As a PMO Regional European Electricity Market Integration Projects, you play a key role in enabling a future-proof energy system. Through your expertise, you contribute directly to projects that keep the Netherlands powered – today and in the future. About TenneT, the Unit, Department and Team TenneT is Europe’s leading transmission system operator and plays a pivotal role in the energy transition. With more than 23,500 kilometres of high-voltage connections and nearly 5,000 employees, we ensure a secure and reliable electricity supply in the Netherlands and large parts of Germany. You will join the Operate unit: Within the Operate unit you will work in the European Markets department. Within the European Markets department, you will support a team working on regional European electricity market integration projects. The team contributes to the efficient functioning of the coupled European electricity markets and supports the ongoing energy transition across Europe. The Role: How do you help keep the Netherlands powered? As a PMO Support Regional European Electricity Market Integration Projects, you support regional European electricity market integration initiatives and contribute to improving the functioning of the coupled European electricity markets. Your responsibilities include: – Supporting the preparation of project meetings and coordinating required internal inputs. – Coordinating dependencies between market integration projects within TenneT. – Analyzing project proposals and assessing their impact on TenneT. – Supporting the development of responses, positions, and recommendations. – Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders in a complex international environment. – You will work closely with colleagues across multiple departments and engage regularly with stakeholders both within and outside TenneT. Additional information: – This is niche PMO-profile: TenneT is specifically looking for candidates with experience in European energy market integration. – The position is temporary, to replace a colleague in long term sick leave. – The candidate is expected to work 2 days on site: Monday and one other day. The rest of the days can be worked from home.
